김남중 목사 (Namjoong Kim, Ph.D.)
김남중 교수는 ‘예배와 설교, 삶과 예술 그리고 이야기의 치유와 변혁’에 관심을 가지면서 미국과 한국에서 활동하는 실천 신학자이고 한국기독교장로회(PROK)에서 목사 안수를 받았다.
현재 클레어몬트 신학대학원(Claremont School of Theology)에서 실천신학 교수로서 예배와 설교 및 질적 연구를 가르치며 갈등의 치유와 변혁을 주제로 하는 실천신학 목회학 박사 과정 디렉터로 재직 중이다.
지은 글로는 공동 저서 『코로나 이후 예배 설교 미래 리포트: 목회자, 실천신학자, 종교학자가 바라본 코로나 이후 목회』(2021), 『코로나19 이후의 교회를 상상하다』(2020)가 있다.
북미설교학회 (The Academy of Homiletics)와 예배학회 (The North American Academy of Liturgy)의 정회원으로서 “예배 ― 공동체, 삶, 전인적 예술, 그리고 이야기의 개혁과 변혁(2021)” 등 예배와 설교 분야 소논문을 한국과 미국 학술지에 꾸준히 발표하고 있다.

김은주 목사 (Eunjoo Mary Kim, Ph.D.)
김은주 교수는 미국장로교 (PCUSA) 목사이며, 설교학 분야에서 아시아인으로서 최초로 Ph.D. 학위를 받았다. 미국연합감리교 소속 아이리프 신학교에서 설교학과 예배학을 가르쳤고, 지금은 밴더빌트 신학대학원에 재직 중이다.
많은 저서 중, Preaching the Presence of God: A Homiletic from the Asian American Perspective (1999) 는 한국어로 번역되어 “설교의 새로운 지평” 이란 제목으로 출판되었다.
주요 연구 분야는 다문화 시대의 설교와 예배, 후기식민주의 관점에서의 설교, 여성설교, 설교와 영성 등이다. 북미설교학회 (The Academy of Homiletics), 북미예배학회 (The North American Academy of Liturgy), 국제 설교학회 (Societas Homiletica), 북미종교학회 (The American Academy of Religion), 북미성서연구회 (The Society of Biblical Literature) 의 정회원이며, 2018년에 북미설교학회 회장을 역임했다.

양성구 목사 (Sunggu Yang, Ph.D.)
양성구 교수는 현재 미국 오리건 주에 위치한 조지 폭스 대학교 (George Fox University) 에서 목회학 부교수로 가르치고 있다. 미 장로교회 (PCUSA) 소속 목사이다.
주요 연구 분야는 이민 목회 신학과 설교, 마틴 루터 킹 목사의 생애와 설교, 예술과 설교, 다문화 예배와 21세기 새로운 예배, 영화와 기독교 신앙 등이다.
북미설교학회의 정회원으로서 학회 저널의 실천신학 분과 서평 편집인으로 활동중이다.
설교학회 저널과, Theology Today, HTS Teologiese Studies 등에 계속적으로 소논문을 발표해 오고 있다.

정승연 목사 (Rebecca S. Jeong, Ph.D.)
포틀랜드 신학대학원 (전) 설교학 교수
정승연 교수는 한국에서 기독교 교육학과 예배 설교학을 전공하였고, 2019년부터 현재까지 포틀랜드 신학교에서 실천신학 교수로서 설교학과 Intercultural studies 를 가르쳤다.
관심 분야는 시편, 이민자를 위한 설교 신학, 문화와 리더십, 다문화 사역, Contextual theology, Non-western theology, 여성 신학, 그리고 종교와 성역할이다. 현재 연구 주제는 기독교 가치관을 토대로 한 다음세대 목회자 리더십이다.

김혜란 목사 (HyeRan Kim-Cragg, Th.D.)
김혜란 교수는 포스트콜로니얼 관점으로 설교학과 상호의존적 실천신학을 연구하는 학자로서 캐나다, 미국, 한국, 유럽 등 전 세계적으로 그녀의 연구업적이 널리 알려져 있다. 최근 생태위기와 설교를 연결하는 연구를하고 있다. 한국기독교장로회(PROK)에서 목사 안수를 받았고 캐나다 연합교회에서 ministry partner로 활동하고 있다.
김혜란 교수는 현재 임마누엘 신학교(Emmanuel College of Victoria University in the University of Toronto)에서 총장 (principal)으로 재직 중이고 설교학 정교수로서 설교학 박사과정 (Ph. D.) 학생들을 지도하고 있다.
김 교수는 수십 권의 책을 저술했으며, 대표적인 저서들 중에는 『Postcolonial Preaching: Creating a Ripple Effect』(2021), 『Interdependence: A Postcolonial Feminist Practical Theology』(2018), 번역서 『상호의존성: A Postcolonial Feminist Practical Theology』(2018), 『성서에서 만나는 다문화이야기』(2013) 가 있다.
현재 북미설교학회 (The Academy of Homiletics)의 실행위원이자, 국제설교학회 (Societas Homiletica), 정회원, 두 학회 저널 (Homiletic and International Journal of Homiletics) 편집위원으로서, 그리고 국제실천신학회 (International Academy of Practical Theology)의 정회원으로서 다양한 활동을 하고 있다.

김강산 목사 (Jeremy Kangsan Kim, Ph.D.)
김강산 목사는 미국장로교(PCUSA)목사이며, 현재 뉴저지찬양교회에서 젊은세대를 섬기며 설교학과 관련한 개인연구 활동을 목회 현장과 학회를 통해 이어가고 있다.
주요 연구분야는 목회자로서 현장에서 마주하게 되는 이슈들(특별히 사회적 고통)에 큰 관심을 가지고 연구 하고 있다. 더불어 탈전통적 설교신학을 위한 간학문적 대화를 통해 동아시아 해석학에 기반한 설교방법론 제시를 위한 연구를 지속하고 있다.
현재 북미설교학회(The Academy of Homiletics)의 회원으로 설교와 관련된 소논문을 학술지에 꾸준히 발표하고 있다.

구아름 목사 (Eliana Ah-Rum Ku, Ph.D.)
구아름 교수는 실천신학대학원대학교(한국) 설교학 조교수이며, 장로회신학대학교(한국) 예배 설교학 객원교수다. 한국장로교 예장통합 소속 목사로서 숲속샘터교회 교육목사로
재직중이다. 또한 여성 단체 "움트다"에서 연구원으로 활동하고 있다.
주요 연구 분야는 애통(lament)과 환대(hospitality)의 신학을 통한 교육학, 선교학, 상담학, 예배학, 문학, 그림 등 다양한 분야와 설교와의 대화다. 특별히, 예레미야 애가를 중심으로 고통속에서 어떻게 희망을 선포할 수 있을 것인가에 대해 연구를 넓혀가고 있다.
인식론적인 부정의, 설교의 윤리, 탈식민주의적 여성주의 성서해석 등에 관심이 있다.

정재웅 목사 (Jaewoong Jung, Ph.D.)
정재웅 교수는 현재 서울신학대학교(Seoul Theological University)에서 설교학 조교수로서 재직중이며 기독교대한성결교회(KEHC) 소속 목사다. 2018년부터 2021년까지 게렛신학대학원에서 강의연구원(Styberg Post/doctoral Teaching Fellow)으로 근무했다.
관심분야는 현대설교학 이론, 퍼포먼스 설교학, 설교를 위한 창의적 성경해석, 디지털 트랜스포메이션 상황 속 설교, 탈교회 현상 속 다음세대를 위한 설교 등이다. 지은 글로는 공동 저서 『코로나가 던진 질문』(2023), Worship and Power (2023)가 있다.

and Chapel Elder of Oxnam Chapel at Wesley Theological Seminary (웨슬리 신학대학원 예배, 미디어, 문화 교수)
Dr. Hyemin Na is Assistant Professor of Worship, Media and Culture and Chapel Elder of Oxnam Chapel at Wesley Theological Seminary. Professor Na takes decolonial approaches to the study of worship, with research interests in exploring how liturgical practices intersect with media cultures. Her scholarship has been supported by major grants and fellowships from the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, the Korea Foundation, the Louisville Institute, and Forum for Theological Exploration, among others. Before entering the academy, Professor Na served in various ministries as an ordained Elder in the Northern-Illinois Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
